This is a custom End User License Agreement that supplements Apple's standard EULA. By installing Quiet, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard EULA.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quiet on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard EULA.
Quiet uses Apple Intelligence (the FoundationModels framework) to generate responses on your device. We do not operate any AI server. We do not call third-party AI providers. Output quality depends on Apple's on-device model and on the prompts you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any specific purpose — verify before relying on it.
You agree not to use Quiet to: (a) generate or attempt to generate content that violates applicable laws; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) harass, threaten, or harm others; (d) build or train competing AI products from Quiet's output. We do not actively monitor output (we can't — it's on your device), but you remain responsible for it.
Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription terms (price, period, free trial, renewal) are displayed in-app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free trials are offered once per Apple Account per tier (Pro and Pro+). If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription renews at the displayed price.
The app is provided "as is," without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be effective on the date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
