End User License Agreement

This EULA is between you and Auralune. By installing or using Auralune you agree to it. Auralune is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; the terms below supplement it.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Auralune on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal use only, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions
Auralune offers four auto-renewing subscriptions: Pro Monthly ($2.99), Pro Annual ($19.99), Pro+ Monthly ($4.99) and Pro+ Annual ($34.99), with free trial periods of 7 or 14 days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. No medical advice
Auralune is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a contraceptive. Predictions are estimates derived from data you enter. If you have concerns about your cycle, fertility, pregnancy or symptoms, please see a qualified healthcare provider.
4. No warranty
Auralune is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Auralune.
6. Termination
You can stop using Auralune at any time. Deleting the app or tapping "Burn all data" in the app removes your local data. We cannot remotely terminate your access because we have no server.
