This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Atrium ("we" or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using Bean ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You also agree to be bound by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Where Apple's Standard EULA and this EULA conflict, this EULA controls only with respect to terms specific to Bean.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules.
Bean offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Bean Pro" and "Bean Pro+"). The subscription term, price, and free-trial duration are shown in the in-app purchase screen and in App Store Connect. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Bean does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the App — including reference age ranges, WHO percentiles, and pattern observations — is for informational purposes only. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns about your child.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.
You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
