I lost my Pro subscription after restoring my iPhone.
Open Bean → Settings → Restore purchases. StoreKit pulls your entitlement from your Apple ID. If it does not appear within 30 seconds, sign out and back into the App Store and try again.
My co-parent can't see my logs.
Co-parent sync is Bean Pro+ only. Both parents must be on the same iCloud Family and signed in to iCloud on their devices. In Settings → Bean → Co-parent, set up the share once. Then your co-parent will see Bean prompt them to accept on their own device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings (iOS) → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Bean → Cancel. Or open Bean → Settings → Manage subscription.
I'm getting a percentile that seems off.
Bean uses WHO Child Growth Standards LMS reference tables, sampled monthly and linearly interpolated. Percentiles can shift slightly between pediatric appointments depending on the day of measurement. WHO percentile bands are reference ranges, not goals — always consult your pediatrician.
How is my data protected?
Locally: NSFileProtectionComplete (data is encrypted when your device is locked). Optional Pro+ sync: Apple's CloudKit with CKShare and end-to-end encryption on iCloud Family. We operate no server.
