By installing or using Daystack ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Daystack offers four auto-renewing subscriptions in the "Daystack" subscription group:
Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Daystack's free tier provides all 8 calendar views, full event create / edit / delete, two Calendar Sets, manual reminders, and ICS import / export at no cost. No watermarks. No paywall before your first action.
You may use Daystack only with calendar accounts you own or are authorized to access. Don't use Daystack to violate the rights of others or to attempt to break the App or another user's data.
Daystack is provided "as is." We do our best to make it correct and useful, but we make no guarantees that it is error-free, that travel-time estimates will be accurate, or that weather data will be correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daystack and its developer Atrium are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
