atrium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Garage on iPhones that you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA. These supplemental terms apply where they do not conflict with Apple's Standard EULA.
Garage offers four auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You may cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are issued for partial periods; refund requests must be made through Apple.
Garage is a personal record-keeping tool. Its forecasts, mileage calculations, and reminders are convenience estimates only and do not constitute tax, legal, financial, mechanical, or insurance advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on Garage's output. State inspection rules bundled with the app are believed accurate as of the publication date but may change; verify with your local DMV.
Garage is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. atrium disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, atrium's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the proprietary parts of Garage except as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA or applicable law. You agree not to use Garage to defraud insurance carriers, tax authorities, or any third party.
You may terminate at any time by deleting the app and canceling any active subscription via the App Store. atrium may terminate this license if you breach these Terms in a manner that is not cured within 30 days of written notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Apple Standard EULA's choice-of-law provisions otherwise control.
