This End User License Agreement governs your use of Charge. By installing or using the app you agree to it. Charge is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; where they differ, the stricter term applies.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Charge on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms.
Charge offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Pro ($9.99/month or $59/year, with a 7-day free trial) and Plus ($14.99/month or $99/year, with a 14-day free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. There are no lifetime or one-time purchases.
Charge is a trip-planning aid, not a real-time navigation or charger-status service. Charger data is sourced from OpenChargeMap and refreshed only with app updates; real-world station availability, power, pricing, and operational status may differ. Range and charging-time estimates are models and will vary with driving style, traffic, terrain, weather, vehicle condition, and battery age. You are solely responsible for your driving decisions. Always verify critical charging stops (for example with PlugShare or by calling ahead) and never drive a route you are not confident your vehicle can complete safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charge and its developer are not liable for any loss, delay, stranding, charging cost, roaming fee, vehicle damage, or other harm arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Vehicle, network, and map names are trademarks of their owners; Charge is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Charger data © OpenChargeMap contributors, licensed under ODbL 1.0.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
