By installing or using Cipher you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which is incorporated by reference and prevails over any conflicting term below.
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use Cipher under the Apple EULA on devices you own or control.
You may not use Cipher to facilitate any illegal activity, to send spam, to harass or abuse any person, or to infringe any third party's intellectual-property rights. Because Cipher cannot read your messages, enforcement of this clause depends on you.
Cipher is provided "as is" with all reasonable care taken in its construction. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that no message will ever be lost, delayed, or undelivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Cipher. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may stop using Cipher at any time by deleting it. Your subscription continues until you cancel via Apple's subscription management.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be heard exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
