This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the developer of Clean ("we", "us"). Clean is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard EULA. This document supplements that EULA with the few things specific to Clean.
We grant you a non-transferable license to use Clean on any iOS device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Family Sharing is supported only if explicitly enabled inside a subscription's settings; by default our subscriptions are non-shareable.
Clean offers four auto-renewing subscriptions in the subscription group "com.cleanphotos.app.subscriptions":
Prices are charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when it ends, unless cancelled.
You agree to use Clean only on photo libraries you own or have permission to manage. Deletion goes through Apple's standard Photos confirmation dialog; you are responsible for confirming each deletion. Clean is not liable for any deletion you confirm.
Clean is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not claim that Clean will detect every duplicate, every blurry photo, or every screenshot category accurately. Always confirm in the in-app review grid before deleting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Clean.
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by deleting Clean. We may terminate this EULA if you breach its terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection law applies.
