This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Zhang Jiahao ("we", "us"). By installing or using Color (the "App") you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Color is free to download and includes optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
One trial is available per Apple ID per tier. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Prices are listed in the App Store and may vary by territory. Apple handles all billing.
Color is for entertainment and personal styling. It is not medical, dermatological, or psychological advice. The 12-season system is a styling framework, not a clinical tool.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that classification results are accurate for every lighting condition or skin tone variation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This licence ends automatically if you breach any term. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, to the extent permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
