Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Crew. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA, which applies in addition to the terms below.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Crew on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

• Crew offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Pro ($14.99/month or $99/year) and Plus ($24.99/month or $199/year).
• Free trials: 7 days for Pro, 14 days for Plus. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Crew's sales-tax calculations and mileage figures are provided for convenience only and are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify all figures with a qualified professional. Electronic signatures captured in the app are a record-keeping convenience; Crew makes no representation about their legal enforceability in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including lost data. Because data is stored locally, you are responsible for your own backups.
