Crew ("the app") is published by Zhang Jiahao. This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: we don't collect any of it.
None. Crew has no backend servers operated by us. Everything you enter — customers, quotes, jobs, photos, signatures, and invoices — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. We have no ability to access, view, or transmit your data.
Crew contains no analytics, advertising, telemetry, or third-party tracking SDKs. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's own systems (the App Store for subscription verification).
You can decline any permission and still use the app.
The customer information you store about your own clients is controlled entirely by you. Because that data lives only on your device, you are responsible for it under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the Australian Privacy Act. Crew acts only as a tool that stores it locally on your behalf.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchases.
Settings → Danger Zone → "Erase all data on this device" permanently deletes everything. Deleting the app also removes all local data.
