Privacy Policy

Daily does not collect any personal data.

What we store

Daily stores your puzzle progress (which puzzles you've solved, how long each took, your streaks, your preferred difficulty, and your reminder time) on your device only, using Apple's standard SwiftData persistence with file protection enabled. We do not transmit this data anywhere.

What we transmit

• App Store / StoreKit: When you subscribe to Pro or Pro+, your purchase is processed by Apple's StoreKit. We never see your payment details. We only see a receipt that says "this Apple ID has an active subscription."
• iCloud (Pro+ only, opt-in): If you enable the Pro+ Family leaderboard, your puzzle results sync to your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This is end-to-end encrypted and only your iCloud Family Sharing group can see it. You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Daily.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, share, sell, or transmit any of the following: name, email, phone, contacts, address, photos, microphone audio, camera frames, location, IP address, advertising identifier, analytics events, crash logs (other than what Apple collects automatically and anonymously), browsing data, demographic data, or any other identifier.

Daily includes no third-party SDKs. There is no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Facebook SDK, no ad network, no crash reporter, no attribution tool. Verify this yourself with Charles Proxy or the macOS Instruments network monitor — Daily makes zero network calls during normal play.

Children

Daily is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We collect no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the change at leexuanxuan95-dev.github.io/daily.
