End-User License Agreement

This EULA is between you (the user) and Zhang Jiahao ("we"), the developer of Dream. By installing the app you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of Dream on Apple devices you own or control, as governed by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Reflection, not interpretation

Dream is a private journaling tool for reflection. The app does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, spiritual, or predictive advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, predict, or interpret. Anything the app extracts (people, places, feelings, elements) is a mechanical word-match from your own transcript and carries no clinical or oracular meaning.

3. Subscriptions

• The four subscriptions (Pro monthly, Pro annual, Pro+ monthly, Pro+ annual) auto-renew at the end of each period at the displayed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel any subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Free-trial users are not billed during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's standard App Store refund policy; we do not process refunds directly.

4. Your content

The dreams you record stay on your device. We do not have access to them and cannot recover them if your device is lost or your iCloud backup is deleted. You can export your journal in Markdown or PDF at any time from Settings → Export.

5. Limitations

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may terminate this EULA if you breach it materially, but doing so does not remove the dreams already saved locally on your device.

7. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
