This EULA supplements Apple's Standard EULA available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By installing Fridge you accept both documents.
Fridge is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a non-transferable license to use the software on any Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
Fridge offers four subscriptions: Pro Monthly ($2.99), Pro Annual ($19.99), Pro+ Monthly ($4.99), Pro+ Annual ($34.99). Pro plans include a 7-day free trial; Pro+ plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew at the prevailing rate until cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their published policy.
Fridge's expiration estimates are reference values based on USDA general-storage guidance. Fridge does not, and is not intended to, diagnose, treat, cure, or predict any condition, and it does not certify the safety of any food. Always inspect food before consuming.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, and not to redistribute the binary outside Apple's distribution channels.
Fridge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Fridge is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $20.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is resident, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
