This End User License Agreement is a contract between you and the developer of Green (Zhang Jiahao, "we", "us") that governs your use of the Green iOS application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Green on any iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Green offers four auto-renewing subscriptions:
Trials are one per Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple does not offer refunds for partial periods; you keep access for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation.
The bundled course geometry was sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL-licensed) and from hand-mapping by us. Where it disagrees with reality, Green provides a "Report an error" workflow inside the Settings screen. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty of fitness for tournament play.
Green is for recreational use. GPS-derived distances are estimates subject to satellite geometry, weather, and device characteristics. Green is not a USGA-conforming rangefinder for tournament rules use; for that, follow your tournament committee's local rules. Green is not medical, financial, or insurance advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Green. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using Green at any time. We may terminate this licence if you violate it. On termination, you must delete Green from your devices.
This EULA is between you and the developer. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
