Why doesn't Green see my course? v1.0 ships with 50 hand-curated US courses. The full 15,000-course pack is included in the first free update (typically arriving within 30 days of launch). If your course is missing after that, email us the course name and we'll add it in the next quarterly update.
How accurate is the GPS? On iPhone 14 Pro and later, accuracy is typically 1–3 metres in open terrain. On iPhone 12 and earlier, expect 3–5 metres. Dense tree cover degrades accuracy. Green smooths the live distance with a Kalman filter so the displayed value doesn't jitter.
Will Green drain my battery? Green only requests high-accuracy GPS while the round screen is open. Lock the phone or switch apps and Green automatically downshifts to low-power mode. A typical 4-hour round uses 15–25% battery on iPhone 14 Pro.
Cancelling a subscription — open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Green → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Restoring a previous purchase — open Green → Settings tab → Restore Purchases. Apple's App Store will re-activate any subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Apple Watch isn't showing distances — make sure (1) the Watch app is installed (iPhone Watch app → My Watch → Available Apps → Green → Install), (2) the iPhone Green app is open and a round is in progress, (3) you have a Pro or Pro+ subscription.
