This EULA is between you, the user, and Atrium (the "developer"), and supplements Apple's Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html).
You are granted a non-transferable license to use Inkmind on any device you own or control that signs in to your Apple ID, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Inkmind offers four auto-renewing subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Pro+ Monthly, Pro+ Annual) and one non-consumable one-time purchase (Lifetime). Subscription term, price, and renewal are described on the App Store listing and on the in-app paywall. Auto-renewal can be turned off from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants Pro+ features in perpetuity for the version family covered at time of purchase.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms from Inkmind, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not redistribute the app outside Apple's authorised distribution channels.
You retain all rights to mind maps you create. Inkmind does not claim any ownership over your content. Because Inkmind is on-device, the developer cannot access your maps even if asked.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or the affected subscription period.
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach it. Apple may also terminate licenses under their Terms of Service.
