Terms of Use (EULA)

This is the End User License Agreement between you and Atrium for the “Kids: Bedtime Stories Voice” iOS application (“the App”).
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the App on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscription
The App offers four auto-renewing subscriptions: Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Pro+ Monthly, and Pro+ Annual. Your subscription begins after the introductory free trial (7 days for Pro, 14 days for Pro+). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard rate displayed in the App. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
3. Children’s use
The App is rated 4+ and intended for use by children with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Purchases require a parent gate. Apple’s “Ask to Buy” Family Sharing setting is honoured.
4. Story content
Bundled stories are either public-domain works (faithful adaptations are noted in each story’s metadata) or original works owned by Atrium. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to enjoy the stories through the App. You may not republish, redistribute, or resell the bundled story text or audio output.
5. Personal Voice
Personal Voice is an Apple iOS feature; its training, storage, and authorisation all live within Apple’s frameworks. The App does not collect, store, or transmit your voice. Using Personal Voice within the App is subject to Apple’s own Personal Voice terms.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the App.
8. Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Atrium only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA as a third-party beneficiary.
9. Termination
Atrium may terminate this licence if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
