Lift End User License Agreement

Effective for Lift v1.0 and later.

Lift uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed apps from the App Store. The full text is at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

In addition to Apple's standard EULA, the following Lift-specific terms apply:

Lifting weights involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training programme.

Personal records, e1RMs, and progression suggestions

Lift's auto-progression suggestions and 1RM / e1RM estimates are based on standard public-domain formulas (Brzycki, Epley, Stronglifts, Wendler 5/3/1). They are not personalised medical or coaching advice. You use them at your own discretion.
