This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Atrium (the "Licensor"). By installing or using Pillbox, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not install or use the app.
Licensor grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to install and use Pillbox on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer Pillbox except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not use Pillbox in any manner that violates law.
Pillbox offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pillbox Pro" and "Pillbox Pro+") delivered through Apple StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the listed price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends. A free trial converts to the paid plan when the trial ends unless canceled. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Pillbox is a record-keeping and reminder utility. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, predict, or guarantee anything. The drug interaction information shown in the app is a non-exhaustive cross-check derived from public-domain datasets and is not medical advice. You agree to consult your pharmacist or prescriber before making any medication decision.
Notifications are scheduled by iOS and are best-effort. They depend on device state, Focus modes, and iOS-level permissions. Licensor cannot guarantee that any individual notification will be delivered at any specific time. For life-critical medications, please use a system designed for that purpose.
Pillbox runs entirely on your device and does not transmit personal or medication data to Licensor. See the Privacy Policy at https://leexuanxuan95-dev.github.io/meds/privacy.html.
Pillbox is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with Pillbox will not exceed the amount you paid Licensor through Apple for the most recent twelve months of use of Pillbox. Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This Agreement remains in force while you use Pillbox. You may terminate it any time by uninstalling the app. Licensor may terminate it for any breach of these terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is established. Apple's standard EULA applies to your use of the iOS platform.
