NoiseProof ("the App") is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms below. By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these terms and by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), reproduced at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The terms below supplement, and where in conflict supersede, the Standard EULA solely for NoiseProof.
NoiseProof produces measurement data. It does not provide legal advice. It does not guarantee that any output is admissible in any proceeding. Admissibility is decided by the court, not by NoiseProof.
The App does not claim to predict the outcome of any dispute, mediation, or litigation. Words such as "guarantee", "win", or "court-admissible" — if they appear in marketing copy — refer to the *form* of the evidence pack, not to its legal effect.
You agree that you alone are responsible for confirming that recording, retaining, and sharing the audio you capture is lawful in your jurisdiction. Several U.S. states are all-party-consent jurisdictions. You will consult a licensed attorney before sharing audio of any private conversation.
Pro and Pro+ subscriptions auto-renew at the rate shown in the App until cancelled in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Measurements are subject to consumer-microphone limits. Stated accuracy is approximately ±3 dB(A) versus an ANSI Class 2 sound-level meter. Software calibration tables in the App are best-effort and may not match individual hardware variation.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This license is in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of the terms.
