This software is licensed to you, not sold. By installing or using Passlock you agree to these terms and to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Passlock on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Passlock offers four auto-renewing subscriptions in a single subscription group:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds, where they apply, are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Free tier: 25 vault entries and 3 two-factor codes, indefinitely. Pro: unlimited entries, unlimited 2FA, custom fields, all themes. Pro+: everything in Pro plus encrypted file vault, secure sharing, and Apple Family Sharing.
Your master password is the only thing that can decrypt your vault. We do not store a copy and cannot recover it. If you forget it, your vault is permanently inaccessible. Back up to an export file in Settings if you want a recovery path.
Passlock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We have made best efforts on cryptographic hygiene (Apple CryptoKit only, no custom primitives) but no software is bug-free. You accept this risk by storing data in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the developer nor any contributors are liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Passlock, including but not limited to loss of data due to a forgotten master password.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
