This means Persona doesn't have a way to talk to an AI model right now. On iPhone 15 Pro or newer running iOS 26, Apple Intelligence runs on-device for free. On older devices, go to Settings → Configure BYOK keys and paste a free key from one of these providers:
:free suffix.Apple gates the free trial to people who have never had any trial in the Persona Membership subscription group. If you've had a previous trial (Pro or Plus), you'll see the regular price instead.
iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Persona → Cancel Subscription. Or open Persona → Settings → Manage Subscription, which deep-links you there.
Persona → Settings → Delete all my data. This wipes every conversation, memory, mood entry, and safety event from your device. It does not cancel your subscription — use the previous step for that.
By design. Persona is deliberately not a partner / lover / girlfriend / boyfriend role. The Soul Friend is a close friend — caring, attentive, long-memory, but not romantic. This rule is non-negotiable for the safety of users in vulnerable states.
