Last updated: 2026-05-13. This agreement is between you (the user) and Zhang Jiahao ("Pic", "we", "us") for the use of the Pic iOS app.
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pic on Apple devices linked to your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA.
Pic Pro and Pic Pro+ are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewal can be turned off in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time. Free trials convert automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You agree not to use Pic to create content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that exploits minors.
You own the photos you import and the collages you create. Pic claims no rights to them. The bundled templates, fonts, stickers and code remain the property of their respective licensors and Pic.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. Pic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of warranties; in those, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This license terminates if you breach these terms. You can delete the app at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled via Apple.
