Common questions

How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?

Tap Settings → Restore Purchases. Or on the paywall sheet, tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.

How do I cancel?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pic. Or tap "Manage subscription" inside Pic's Settings tab.

Does Pic upload my photos?

No. All compositing happens on your iPhone using Core Graphics, Core Image and Metal. The privacy nutrition label on the App Store says "no data collected" because nothing is collected.

Why is there a watermark?

Free users see a small "Pic" watermark only on exports made from Pro templates. Exports from free templates have no watermark. Pro removes all watermarks.

What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?

iCloud sync isn't working

iCloud sync is a Pro+ feature. Check Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Pic is turned on. Sync may take a minute on a fresh device.

The text in a template looks plain

If a bundled font isn't registered yet, the system uses SF Pro. Force-quit and relaunch Pic to re-register fonts.
