Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-22.

1. The deal

Resumely is an iOS application licensed to you under Apple's standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA), which is the binding licensing document between you and Apple as the licensor. These supplemental terms apply in addition.

2. What you get

A right to use Resumely on iOS devices associated with your Apple ID. If you subscribe, additional features are unlocked for the term of your subscription.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Apple charges your Apple ID. We never see your card.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free trials convert to paid if not cancelled at least 24 hours before they end.
Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's Media Services terms.

4. Your resume content

You own everything you type. You grant us no license, because we don't hold or process your content.

5. Honesty disclaimer

AI Polish, JD match, and cover letter generation are tools, not warranties. You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of any resume content. Do not represent that you possess skills or experience you do not have.

6. No warranty / liability cap

Resumely is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumely and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in subscription fees in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will reflect the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
