Resumely is an iOS app that runs entirely on your device. We — the team behind Resumely — do not operate any server you upload your resume to. We collect nothing.
Storage uses the system SwiftData store under NSFileProtectionComplete, which is encrypted at rest with the device passcode.
If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, the same content is also stored in your own iCloud private database (container iCloud.app.resumely). Resumely's developers have no access to your iCloud private database. Apple's iCloud terms govern this storage. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time.
On iOS 26.0 or later, AI features call Apple's on-device Foundation Models. These models are part of iOS and run entirely on your device. No prompt, no output, and no resume data is sent to any server, including Apple's, as part of these calls (see Apple's Apple Intelligence Privacy Overview). On older iOS versions, AI features fall back to deterministic, on-device rules.
The app does not talk to a Resumely-operated server. The only outbound network APIs the binary uses are:
Every category is Data Not Collected. We do not link any data to your identity, do not use any data for tracking, and have no third-party SDKs that do either.
Resumely is rated 4+ and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port, or delete on your behalf. To wipe data, delete the app — local data is removed by iOS. To remove iCloud data, sign out of iCloud or delete the Resumely iCloud container from Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage.
