This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Zhang Jiahao (the "Developer") and governs your use of the Scan app on iOS. By installing or using Scan you agree to these terms.
Scan is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Scan on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Scan offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Free trials convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You agree to use Scan only for personal, lawful purposes. You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the binary except where permitted by law.
Scan is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Scan does not replace legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Scan's OCR and field-extraction are best-effort and may misread documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
This licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling Scan. We may terminate it if you materially breach these terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, except as otherwise required by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
