I think SHIELD missed a private item

Detection is conservative — we'd rather flag too few items than too many, and we always show you a BEFORE / AFTER confirmation gate. If something was missed, please email us a description (do not send the actual image with PII): augistrench@gmail.com

SHIELD detected something that isn't private

Tap the red box and either toggle "skip" or remove it from the detection list. You can also long-press to change the mask style.

I want to cancel my subscription

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, choose SHIELD, then Cancel.

I lost my purchase

Open SHIELD → Settings → Restore purchases. This re-reads your StoreKit entitlement and unlocks Pro or Pro+ for the Apple ID currently signed in.

The Share or Action Extension is not visible in the share sheet

• Open the share sheet, scroll right on the actions row, tap "More", and toggle "Mask with SHIELD" on.
• The Action Extension is part of Pro+.
