Snaptab is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with the additions below.
Snaptab is a personal bookkeeping tool. It uses on-device optical character recognition to extract fields from receipts you photograph or import, and produces CSV / Excel / PDF files you may share through your own communication tools. It does not file taxes, does not give tax or financial advice, and is not connected to your employer's reimbursement system.
Four auto-renewable subscriptions are offered:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal price is identical to the original purchase unless changed by Apple. Manage and cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
While we work hard on the OCR pipeline, no recognition is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing every receipt before submitting any reimbursement. The app provides per-field editing for this purpose.
Snaptab is not affiliated with any employer, financial institution, or tax authority. Decisions about what is reimbursable are between you and your employer / tax filer.
You may delete the app at any time. Doing so deletes all locally stored data. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple as described above.
