How do I export a project?

Open the Projects tab → tap your project → scroll to "Export" → pick CSV, Excel, or PDF. The iOS Share Sheet then lets you email or save the file to Files.

Why can't I export Excel or PDF on the free plan?

Excel and the PDF reimbursement pack are part of Snaptab Pro. CSV export is included on the free plan and contains every field — many reimbursement systems accept CSV directly.

How do I edit a misread field?

Open the receipt → tap "Edit" → adjust any field. Your edit is saved instantly to the on-device store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Snaptab → Cancel Subscription. Or open Snaptab → Settings tab → Manage Subscription.

Where is my data stored?

Inside the Snaptab app sandbox on your device, under iOS file protection class "complete". Nothing is uploaded.

Does Snaptab work offline?

Yes. OCR, categorization, and export are all 100% on-device.
