By installing Hush, you agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with the additional points below.

Subscriptions

• Hush offers Pro and Pro+ auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro is USD 4.99 / month or 29.99 / year. Pro+ is USD 7.99 / month or 49.99 / year. Local pricing may differ by store.
• A free trial (7 days for Pro, 14 days for Pro+) converts to a paid subscription if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

Acceptable use

Hush is a personal-use comfort app for sleep, focus, and relaxation. It is not a medical device and makes no diagnostic, therapeutic, or curative claims. Do not use Hush as a substitute for medical advice.

Apple Watch and other companions

Hush's Watch app, Widgets, and Live Activities are bundled in the same purchase. There is no separate fee.

Content

All audio in Hush is synthesised at runtime by Hush's own DSP code. No third-party samples are bundled. You retain all rights to recordings you make using the Custom Recording feature; those recordings live on your device and are not uploaded.

Limitations

Hush is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hush Sounds is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
