How accurate are the angles?

Spine measures geometric angles from body-pose joints. In our repeatability testing, the same pose measured repeatedly stays within about ±2°. These are general wellness measurements, not a clinical assessment.

Do you store my photos?

No. Each camera frame is analysed on device and discarded immediately. Nothing is saved unless you turn on photo retention, and even then only inside the app.

Why does the camera check fail sometimes?

Make sure you're about 1 m away, the room is well lit, your ears and shoulders are visible, only one person is in frame, and the phone is held level.

I have neck pain — can Spine help?

Spine is not a medical device and cannot diagnose or treat anything. If you have pain lasting more than two weeks, numbness, weakness, or dizziness, please see a healthcare professional. Settings → "Talk to Spine about how you feel" links local resources.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spine → Cancel. You can also tap "Manage Subscription" on any Spine paywall.

Why isn't the AI weekly plan available?

It runs on device with Apple Foundation Models, which needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer on a recent iOS. Everything else in Spine works without it.
