Where are my recordings stored?

Inside Stitch's own sandbox on your iPhone. They never leave the device unless you choose to save the year-end stitch to Photos or share it.

How do I cancel a subscription?

iPhone → Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stitch → Cancel. Apple handles all subscription billing — we never charge your card directly.

How do I restore a subscription on a new phone?

Open Stitch → Settings → Restore Purchases. The same button is on every paywall.

What happens to my snippets if I uninstall?

They're stored in the app sandbox and removed by iOS when you uninstall. We recommend rendering and saving each year-end stitch to Photos before uninstalling. Pro+ users can archive past years to iCloud Drive as a backup.

Why is there a watermark on the free render?

The free year-end stitch is fully functional and saved at 1080p — we just add a small "Made with Stitch" mark in the corner. Pro removes it.
