Sync is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the terms below.
Sync provides general educational information about menstrual-cycle physiology and postpartum recovery. Sync is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not a fertility tracker, and not a contraceptive method. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or predict any condition. Always consult an OB-GYN or qualified clinician for medical questions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You agree to use Sync to support a partner, not to surveil, control, coerce, or pressure anyone. Pairing and calendar features are opt-in by both people. Misuse to monitor another person without their knowledge and consent is prohibited.
Sync offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Pro and Plus, monthly or yearly) with free trials. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Sync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any decisions made based on the educational content.
