Sync is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the terms below.
Sync provides general educational information about menstrual-cycle physiology and postpartum recovery. Sync is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not a fertility tracker, and not a contraceptive method. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or predict any condition. Always consult an OB-GYN or qualified clinician for medical questions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You agree to use Sync to support a partner, not to surveil, control, coerce, or pressure anyone. The calendar feature is opt-in, read-only, and revocable by her at any time. Misuse to monitor another person without their knowledge and consent is prohibited.
Sync offers one auto-renewing subscription, Sync Pro, billed monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($29), each with a 7-day free trial. Prices shown are for the United States storefront; local prices apply elsewhere. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
A "Sync Plus" tier was previously offered. It is no longer sold: the two things it advertised over Pro — a paired-device companion and on-device AI suggestions — were not implemented in the app. Anyone still subscribed to Plus keeps full access to every Pro feature.
Sync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any decisions made based on the educational content.
