No. Tide runs entirely on-device. Your coordinates are used locally to suggest nearby NOAA stations and to compute sun, moon, and solunar times. Nothing leaves your phone.
v1.0 uses a simplified harmonic predictor (no Schureman nodal corrections — the f and u factors are treated as constants). This produces tides that are accurate to a handful of minutes in normal conditions. v1.1 will ship full Schureman corrections.
Not yet. v1.0 ships ~3,000 US NOAA CO-OPS stations + selected international ports. v1.1 adds custom station harmonic-constant entry.
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tide → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro / Pro+ features until the end of your current billing period.
Open Tide → Settings → Restore purchases. Or open the paywall and tap Restore.
Confirm you have at least Tide Pro and that you've added a spot on the iPhone. Then long-press the watch face → Edit → swap a slot in for "Next Tide".
