Lingo is a general-purpose iPhone translator. It is not certified translation. It is not a medical, legal, or financial translation service. For binding contracts, medical correspondence, or legal documents please consult a certified human translator. Translation quality is provided by Apple's on-device Translation framework; we do not warrant any particular accuracy.
Lingo offers four auto-renewing subscription products: Pro Monthly ($4.99), Pro Annual ($29.99), Pro+ Monthly ($9.99), Pro+ Annual ($59.99). Each may include a free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Free trials convert to paid automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.
You will not use Lingo to translate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or in ways that violate Apple's App Store Terms of Service. We do not screen your content because we cannot — translations happen on your device.
Lingo is provided "as is," without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Lingo, including but not limited to mistranslation, misunderstood instructions, or lost opportunity.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
