Daily ("the app") is published by Zhang Jiahao ("we", "us"). By installing or using Daily you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please delete the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Daily on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, or distribute the app's code or content. This license is in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Daily offers four auto-renewing subscriptions: Pro Monthly ($2.99), Pro Annual ($19.99), Pro+ Monthly ($4.99), Pro+ Annual ($34.99). All prices are USD; equivalent prices apply in other currencies, set by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
Free trials (7 days for Pro, 14 days for Pro+) are offered once per Apple ID. If you cancel during a trial, you won't be charged. Otherwise the trial converts to the paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Daily is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it for the joy of the daily puzzle, not for any safety- or finance-critical purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Daily is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Daily at any time by deleting it. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
