Gig is NOT a tax preparation service and does NOT file your taxes. Gig does NOT provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a licensed tax professional (CPA, EA, or tax attorney) before relying on any output for filing, planning, or audit-related decisions.
You agree to enter only your own income, expenses, and mileage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for all filing, payment, penalty, and interest obligations to the IRS and any state authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium and the developer are not liable for any tax, penalty, interest, or other loss arising from your use of Gig's estimates. Estimates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tax-table versions used by the app are recorded and auditable.
Gig offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro and Plus, monthly or yearly) through your Apple ID. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. There is no lifetime purchase.
