Terms of Use (EULA)

Planta ("the app") is provided to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), with the following supplemental terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Planta, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, don't install or use Planta.

2. License

Planta grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions

Pro — $4.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial.
Pro+ — $9.99/month or $69.99/year, with a 14-day free trial.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by territory.

4. No medical / botanical advice

Diagnosis and care suggestions in Planta are estimates. For valuable plants, consult a horticulturist. Planta is not responsible for plant health outcomes.

5. Privacy

Planta processes images and care history on your device. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Planta, its branding, and the underlying source code are owned by the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except as permitted by Apple's Licensed Application EULA.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Planta is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Planta.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; updated versions will appear here.
