This application is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the terms below.
License
Pomodoro Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions & Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time "lifetime" unlock and optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
