1. License
Spine ("the app") is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) and the terms below, which prevail in case of conflict.
2. Not a medical device
The app is a general wellness and posture-awareness tool. It does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The angle measurements are geometric estimates for general awareness only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concern, pain, or symptom.
3. Exercises — assumption of risk
The app suggests general mobility exercises. You perform them at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, and consult a professional before starting any new physical activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the exercises or the app.
4. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding a claim.
5. Subscriptions
Spine offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro and Plus, monthly and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.
6. Privacy
The developer operates no server and collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
