Why does a route say "infeasible"? There aren't enough fast chargers within range for your car on that route. We never fake a route your vehicle can't safely complete. Try a different car, raise your departure battery, or pick a route with more chargers.
The charger I drove to was closed or different. Charger data comes from OpenChargeMap and is refreshed with each app update, so it can lag real-world changes by a few weeks. Always cross-check a critical stop with PlugShare or call ahead. This is why we show the data date on every charge stop.
How accurate are the range and charging-time numbers? They're modelled from your car's EPA range and a transparent energy model that accounts for temperature, speed, and elevation. Real results vary with driving style, traffic, and battery age. Treat them as guidance, not guarantees.
Where's CarPlay? CarPlay is part of Plus, but it needs a special Apple entitlement that is approved separately. Until Apple approves it, the Plus paywall labels CarPlay as "coming soon." All other Plus features work today.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription? Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. To restore on a new device, open Charge → any paywall → "Restore Purchases."
How do I delete my data? Settings → "Delete all trips," or just uninstall the app. If you enabled iCloud sync, also remove it from your iCloud storage.
Do you collect my data? No. Charge has no backend. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
