Memoir is a private monthly self-interview app that compiles your year into a printed memoir. It does not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional care.
You own your interview answers and the chapter drafts the app composes from them. We never view, sell, or share them. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Memoir Pro is offered as a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($49) auto-renewing subscription. Memoir Pro+ is offered as an annual ($99) auto-renewing subscription that adds the interviewer-style picker and multi-year combined book. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
The 7-day free trial of Pro converts to a paid annual subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Apple's standard subscription rules apply.
The optional printed hardcover ($79) is fulfilled by Lulu, our print-on-demand partner. Shipping and refund policies for the physical product are governed by Lulu's terms, which are presented at the time of order. Memoir does not handle returns of physical books once printed.
Chapter drafts cannot be previewed before the year-end reveal on December 31. This is a deliberate design choice and not a defect. You can always export your raw interview transcripts from Settings if you need them earlier.
Don't use the app to abuse other people, infringe copyrights, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the app's protected content. The combinatoric interview engine, the question library structure, and the typographic system are © 2026 Zhang Jiahao.
