Apple handles all subscription cancellations. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap Rehearsal → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You can also manage subscriptions inside the App Store app, under Subscriptions.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Rehearsal purchase, and request a refund. Apple makes the final decision according to their refund policy.
Open Rehearsal → Settings → "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. The App will re-validate your entitlement with Apple and unlock Pro features within a few seconds.
Settings menu → Library. You will only see the scenario name, the count of takes, the reaction traits you chose, and your reflection note. The dialogue itself is not retained — that is by design, not a bug.
Two options:
Open iOS Settings → Rehearsal → toggle Microphone on. Do the same for Speech Recognition. Re-launch the App. Voice Mode is a Pro feature, so make sure your subscription is active under Settings → Subscription.
The dialogue engine pulls from a pool of templates and avoids the most recent five it has used. If you only send very short messages, you will hit the silence-template branch more often. Try writing two or three full sentences in your reply, and consider changing one of the reaction traits before the next take.
No. There is no backend. The dialogue engine runs on your phone. The library is on your phone. The reflection notes are on your phone. The encryption key is in the iOS Keychain on your phone. See the privacy policy for the longer version.
The dialogue engine will break character once and surface a crisis notice if your input contains language indicating self-harm, suicidal ideation, or imminent danger to yourself or others. The App is a rehearsal tool, not a therapist or a hotline. If you are in immediate danger, please contact a local emergency line or a trusted human. In the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is reachable by phone or text at 988.
