By default, no. Standard cleanups run entirely on your iPhone. The only feature that uploads is "Cloud HD", which is opt-in per photo and the file is encrypted in transit and deleted from our servers within 60 seconds. We never train models on your photos.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Cleanup AI → Cancel Subscription.

That usually means the on-device model didn't have enough surrounding context. Two fixes: (1) brush a slightly tighter shape and try Clean again, or (2) tap "HD" to use the cloud-grade model — it's dramatically better on textures like sand, brick, grass, and water.

Yes — saving and sharing are free. Tap the share icon in the editor and use the standard iOS share sheet.

Tap the back-arrow (↩️) in the editor toolbar. Every cleanup is in the history stack so you can step back as many times as you need. Your original photo is never overwritten — saved files go to a "Cleaned Up" album in Photos.

Yes, fully. Pressure controls brush width in real time. Most photos work fine with a finger; Pencil is mainly for portrait work and tight edges.
