Terms of Use
1. Not medical advice
Fast is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Phase descriptions, break-fast tips, and weekly summaries are educational, not prescriptive. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, are managing diabetes or an eating disorder, or take medication that interacts with fasting, talk to a clinician before changing your eating pattern.
2. Subscriptions
- Fast Pro Monthly — $8.99 / month
- Fast Pro Annual — $59 / year
- Fast Lifetime — $99 one-time
Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy. We do not have the ability to refund directly.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fast on devices tied to your Apple ID. You may not reverse-engineer, repackage, or redistribute the app or its content.
5. Anti-shame commitments
- We do not push streak-shaming notifications.
- We do not show before/after body imagery in marketing or in-app.
- We do not gamify "extreme" fasts beyond medically validated protocols.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium Studio is not liable for any health outcome connected to fasting. You use Fast at your own discretion.
