Terms of Use
1. Not medical advice
Fast is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Phase descriptions, break-fast tips, and weekly summaries are educational, not prescriptive. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, are managing diabetes or an eating disorder, or take medication that interacts with fasting, talk to a clinician before changing your eating pattern.
2. In-app purchase
Fast has exactly one in-app purchase:
- Fast Lifetime — $99, one time, non-consumable
It is not a subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks every fasting window and the daily HealthKit-driven adaptation, and it stays unlocked on any device signed in to the same Apple Account — use "Restore purchases" in Settings. The free tier is a complete 16:8 timer with phase tracking, the coach line, the water and electrolyte log and the weekly adherence view, and it stays free. Prices shown are for the United States storefront; local prices apply elsewhere.
3. Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy. We do not have the ability to refund directly.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fast on devices tied to your Apple Account. You may not reverse-engineer, repackage, or redistribute the app or its content.
5. Anti-shame commitments
- We do not push streak-shaming notifications.
- We do not show before/after body imagery in marketing or in-app.
- We do not gamify "extreme" fasts beyond medically validated protocols.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium Studio is not liable for any health outcome connected to fasting. You use Fast at your own discretion.
