Honest about AI
When you use AI background replacement, Booth embeds clear EXIF metadata in every export (Software = Booth 1.0; AIBackgroundReplaced = true), helping you comply with the EU AI Act (Article 50) and California AB 942. You can also add an optional visible “Edited with Booth” badge. The basic white background uses no AI at all.
