How do I swap a background?
Open a photo, tap Background, and choose a replacement or one of the clean studio options. Booth uses Apple Vision and Core Image to separate your product from its surroundings entirely on your device. Fine-tune the edge if needed, then export. The basic white background uses no AI; the AI options embed disclosure metadata automatically.
Why does my color look different after export?
Booth exports in sRGB, the color space that storefronts, browsers, and most screens expect. If a finished photo looks slightly different from the in-app preview, it's usually because the viewing app or device is interpreting colors with a different profile. Exporting in sRGB keeps your product colors consistent and accurate where customers actually see them. For best results, view exports in an app that honors embedded color profiles.
How do I restore my subscription?
If you reinstall Booth or switch devices, open the app's paywall or settings and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, your access will be restored. No account or password is required, because Booth has no account system.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel through Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Booth, and turn off auto-renew. You can also manage everything at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Booth has no server and collects nothing. Your photos are processed entirely on your iPhone, there's no account, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking SDKs. App Tracking Transparency is never requested. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Does Booth need internet?
No. All editing, presets, background replacement, and export work fully offline. The only time a network connection is involved is for Apple's subscription and purchase handling, and — if you're on Booth Plus and enable it — sync through your own private iCloud account.
What devices are supported?
Booth requires iOS 17 or later and runs on iPhone 11 and newer. The AI Lifestyle background features require an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, which has the processing power needed for those on-device models. All other features work across the supported range.
How do I generate a 5-photo listing pack?
Select your product photo (or a batch), choose Listing Pack, and pick a preset family. Booth produces a coordinated set of five shots — typically a clean hero, detail, and styled variations — ready to upload to Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, or Pinterest. You can batch up to 20 items at once and export the whole set in sRGB.
